India generates more than 25 million tonnes of metal scrap each year, yet only a fraction of it is efficiently recycled. The rest sits unused, even as industries continue to depend on mined resources.
At URC, we saw an opportunity in this imbalance to turn what was once waste into the very foundation of progress.
Our Story
Foundries need dependable metal, and we wanted to become the name they could trust for consistency, transparency, and quality.
We started small, creating foundry-ready bundles made entirely from recycled scrap. Every bundle was designed for smooth melting, uniform composition, and efficient output, helping foundries improve productivity while reducing waste.
Over time, this approach became our purpose. URC grew from a recycling initiative into one of India’s most reliable foundry bundle producers and metal recycling partners, powering industries with materials that are both high in quality and low in environmental impact.
